Meet Our Pastor
Bro. Alan Hartfield serves as pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church. He accepted the Lord as his Savior at the age of 18 and was called to preach 12 years ago. Standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word and Baptist doctrine, he is committed to faithfully preaching truth and helping others grow in their walk with Christ.
Bro. Alan served in the military for 29 years. He and his wife, Elaine, have been married for 51 years and have two grown children and five grandchildren.
His heart for service extends beyond the church to the children and families of our community. Through school ministries and his work with elected officials, he supports efforts to make Bible instruction available to students in Mississippi. He cares deeply about the next generation and helping children build their lives on biblical truth.
